- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆No personality, I get terrible service every time I have to come here. I'm not sure if it's a personal grudge against me or what but I don't know any of these people. I work retail hours, on my one day off I have to do everything I need to. Long story short there are no "no pets allowed" signs, I generally don't take my puppy into business facilities but he had a vet appointment today & it was 92 degrees outside. I couldn't just leave him in the car. I came in with my two little girls & 10 week old tiny, clean yorkie in a cradle. The woman who helped me looked disgusted because I had my puppy, again-in a cradle. I explained the situation, let her know it's just too hot to leave him in the car & I needed to get this done. She proceeded to act like she wasn't going to help me & make it clear that there are no dogs allowed in the building. Understandable-given the circumstances & the fact that there was no "no pets allowed" sign you think she would've made a one time exception. I was forced to have my 9 yr old stand outside in the heat with the puppy in the cradle while I was helped. Where's the humanity?By Cindy Cortes, April 05, 2017
